What is it?

OATM is an award available to ALL members that go above and beyond; pushing themselves to go farther and be more active in the Toastmasters organization. You will be recognized at the D57 Spring Conference.

Complete at least two different items in each category and get your VP of Education from your home club to sign off on your worksheet. Cutoff for recognition at the Spring 2017 conference is Midnight of April 15th, 2017.

When will awards be presented?

Awards will be presented at the Spring Conference. You do not need to be present to be recognized, and we will make sure you receive our token of appreciation (plaque and pin) at another district event or at your club.   

What are the dates?

The official begin date was July 1, 2016, and you can check off any of the items you have accomplished since then.  The end date for submissions is June 30, 2017.  

How do I submit my award?

Q: Can I do one item five times to fulfill that category?
A: No.  You may do an item multiple times, but you must still complete at least TWO items from each category.
Q:  What if I don’t have everything done by the Spring Conference?
A:  You will still receive recognition if you submit the award by June 30, 2017; however, you will not receive our token of appreication until the next District event or at your home club.
